Refund & Return Policy
At Valserin Labs, the integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our top priorities. As all of our compounds are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including ordering errors, change of mind, or misuse. This policy helps us maintain quality control and ensures that all customers receive products that meet our rigorous standards.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@Valserin Labs.com. Please include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and determine eligibility for a replacement.
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:
- The order was never delivered due to an error on our part
- A replacement is not possible and the issue was reported within the required timeframe
We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior authorization.
Shipping Information
Order Processing
We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 1 business day or less. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow for additional time during inclement weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.
How is it shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS, with your choice of Ground, 2-Day, or Express services at checkout. We offer free UPS 2-Day shipping on all orders over $150. Every shipment includes full order insurance at no additional cost, protecting your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order is scanned by the carrier. Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Valserin Labs is not liable for delays caused by UPS or other carriers once a package is in transit.
Shipping Issues & Insurance Claims
All orders include shipping insurance. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—or if your tracking has not updated within 3 business days—at support@Valserin Labs.com. We are unable to assist with shipping issues reported beyond the 7-day window.
Do you ship internationally or to military bases?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, or military (APO/FPO/DPO) bases.
