Order Processing
We make every effort to process and ship all orders within 1 business day or less. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow for additional time during inclement weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.
How We Ship
All orders are shipped via UPS, with your choice of Ground, 2-Day, or Express services at checkout. We offer free UPS 2-Day shipping on all orders over $150. Every shipment includes full order insurance at no additional cost, protecting your package in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Expedited shipping options available at checkout affect carrier delivery times only and do not expedite internal order processing.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order is scanned by the carrier.
Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Valserin Labs is not liable for delays caused by UPS or other carriers once a package is in transit.
Shipping Issues & Insurance
All orders include shipping insurance. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—or if your tracking has not updated within 3 business days—at support@Valserin Labs.com. We are unable to assist with shipping issues reported beyond the 7-day window.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, international addresses, or military (APO/FPO/DPO) bases.
